Cycloform Coaching provides a tailored service to meet your individual goals and to fit in with your lifestyle. We know that getting to know you via an in depth initial consultation really cements the coach-rider relationship. 

We understand that a busy lifestyle throws up different and ever changing demands. Your training plan needs to fit around these demands. At Cycloform we are able to flex and adapt to your lifestyle, maintaining focus and progression toward your goal. 

Of course improving your cycling performance is going to take time and effort, but the well structured efficient plan that we provide will optimise your gains in the time you have available.

If you want to improve your cycling performance, whether you are a prospective national champion, club rider or you are just in it for the cake we can help. Maybe you are not sure that you have the time? You may be surprised by the improvements that can be made when time is used efficiently.

The Sportive Plan - £40/month

This plan is ideal for those with a defined season goal. This includes: 

  • Initial consultation ensuring that your plan fits your bespoke needs.

  • Fitness assessment; setting of power or heart rate training zones, establishing existing strengths and weaknesses to optimise your training plan. If done at Cycloform’s fitness studio

  • Bespoke training plan, delivered on a 4 weekly basis.

  • Weekly contact (phone, text, email) with your coach to ensure support and flexibility.

  • Further fitness testing available in the fitness studio during the plan at a reduced rate of £35.

  • Basic TrainingPeaks account.

The Pro Package - £75 initial fee, then £75/month

This plan will be ideal for the rider with multiple season goals, enabling peaks of form to be achieved throughout the year. This includes:

  • In depth initial consultation and goal setting ensuring that your plan fits your bespoke needs.

  • Fitness assessment on the Wattbike Pro; all elements of fitness including setting of power or heart rate training zones, establishing existing strengths and weaknesses, assessing for pedalling efficiency and balance to optimise your training plan.

  • Weekly training delivered via Training Peaks.

  • Premium TrainingPeaks account.

  • Unlimited fitness testing as required to identify and reevaluate fitness gains.

  • Unlimited contact (phone, text, email) with your coach to ensure full support and flexibility.

The Stagiaire - £50

For those that wish for an introduction to coaching The Stagiaire offers a fully professional service, but without the commitment of one of our longer term plans. It includes:

  • In depth initial consultation

  • Fitness assessment; setting of power or heart rate training zones, establishing existing strengths and weaknesses.

  • Delivery of training advice.
